The XO Magic Healing Powers.
First and foremost, thank you. The XO family is an incredible group of people. You are teachers of kindness, giving, thoughtful, and family and friend oriented. All things that make a human smile. I am grateful for all of you. You’ve made XO more than just a luxurious blanket, but a healer: a gift of comfort. It seems simple but rarely is in times of distress. And with the onset of lockdown, anxiety, sensory disorders, illness and mourning, it has unfortunately become something we’ve all longed for at some point or another.
Since 2003, we’ve had a thing for beautiful, soft blankets and wanted to adorn your babies with them. Welcoming new babes into the world is joyful and we are so thankful that you’ve allotted XO the privilege of sharing in your celebration of new life!
But, because of you, I wanted to share what has brought us our greatest joy and accomplishment of all: providing comfort to those when it is most needed. Unbeknownst to us, our blankets, while not in the business of healing, have become a source of comfort to those suffering.
Time and time again, shared stories of how the XO blanket has brought peace and comfort has in turn, made the XO story one of purpose. Apparently, the magical formula of 5 lbs of weight and plush, ethereal softness provides a sensory element to our XO blankets: calming the mind and body.
We had no idea that our product could have such a positive impact and moreover, that our XO family would be the ones to teach us of the XO healing powers; not in the true sense of healing but in the calmness and reprieve it provides the human mind of those suffering. Your generosity and love for those in need is inspiring and we are proud to call you members of our XO family. Thank you for teaching us that caring and giving is so much more than we realize. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
